In Schwarmstedt we only process freshly peeled, whole potatoes, predominantly heath potatoes from controlled cultivation – no leftovers or stored cut-offs. The benefit of this 'extra-quality' is to be found in the unmistakeably fresh 'potato-like' flavour and aroma of the end products.
Both in the recipes and in the course of preparing, valuable, local canola oil is used, which does not contain any hydrogenated fats. We guarantee that our canola oil does not contain any chemical additives; neither those which have to nor those that do not have to be declared. At 94 %, canola oil contains the highest proportion of unsaturated fatty acids in comparison to other oils.
