Potato Gratin

In France, the land of gourmet food, it is very popular and called ‘Gratin Dauphinois’. Now this round gratin (120 g, 75 mm diameter) is also available in Germany: Made from light to golden slices of potato with a wonderful, white, creamy cheese sauce.

The potato slices for the gratin are cut from freshly peeled, whole potatoes from certified farms. No flavour-enhancing additives, artificial flavours or colours.
